Heavy rains and wind again today. It has warmed up slightly from yesterday. Everywhere you look yards full of standing water. Astoria had a minor landslide but enough to evacuate a couple homes. Flood watch is in effect. This picture is of Smith Lake usually you can see Saddle Mtn. in the background on a sunny day. Yes, it is this dark and gloomy.
